These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NerrowPay website, dashboard, and payment gateway services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, creating a merchant account, or integrating our API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be a legally registered business or an individual of at least 18 years of age to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated, including for KYC and compliance checks.

3. Description of Services

NerrowPay provides a payment gateway enabling merchants to accept UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, QR, and international payments. Features, supported payment methods, and settlement timelines may vary based on your plan and are described on our Pricing page.

4. Fees & Settlement

Transaction fees are charged as a percentage of each processed payment, as described on our Pricing page or in your custom Enterprise agreement. Settlement timelines (e.g., T+2 or instant) depend on your selected plan. We reserve the right to withhold or delay settlement where fraud, chargebacks, or regulatory review is suspected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to process payments for illegal goods or services, to engage in money laundering, or to violate any applicable law or card network rule. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section pending investigation.

6. API & Developer Access

API keys issued to you are confidential and must not be shared or exposed in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs using your credentials. Sandbox/test keys are provided for integration testing and must not be used to process real transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerrowPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or where required by a regulator or banking partner. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London ,UK unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
